The situation remains calm and no ceasefire violations have been reported from either side in the last 24 hours. However, both India and Pakistan have launched a post-war propaganda campaign aimed at garnering public and international support. However, today marks one month since the attack by a Pakistan-based terrorist group on 22.04.2025 at Pahalgam, a tourist attraction in India.

1. BSF Commandant Chandresh Sona said that Indian Border Security Force (BSF) has destroyed five Pakistani posts and a terrorist launch pad across the Jammu border in an operation.
2. Speaking at the White House's Oval Office during a meeting with South African President Mr. Cyril Ramaphosa, Mr. Trump said, if you take a look at what we just did with Pakistan and India. We settled that whole, and I think I settled it through trade.
3. India has expelled another Pakistani official, declaring him persona non grata for indulging in activities not in keeping with his official status in India. The official was asked to leave India within 24 hours.
- It is believed that the official, working as a visa assistant in the Pakistan high commission, was linked to a Pakistani spy ring. In a statement, the Indian government said the Pakistan charge d'affaires was issued a demarche and was asked to strictly ensure that none of the Pakistani diplomats or officials in India misuse their privileges and status in any manner.
4. Pakistan has decided to extend the closure of its airspace for Indian flights by another month. Pakistan banned its airspace for India last month after steps taken by New Delhi in the wake of the Pahalgam terrorist attack on 22.04.2025.
- The ban was imposed for a month until 23.05.2025, as under International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) rules that airspace restrictions cannot be imposed for more than one month at a time.
